eat my shorts


(Tencel denim shorts, Underground creepers)

I know it's kinda late, I know I'm kinda late, but summer's heat made layering a tricky thing. Even the thinnest layer of thick-headed Barts over human skin would deem preposterous. Well on the last day of summer, the sky was a different shade of blue, the breeze encapsulated a different kind of comfort and it was finally ok to play with dimension. (Yes it's been done, but here's my take on Bart print.) And I guess fancy burgers and ice cream gave Pris and I even more dimension. Oh well, I'm sure it'll come in handy in the hibernation months.

Uni starts tomorrow and I wish I had the guts to say EAT MY SHORTS to sleepless nights and mean it. Hope you've all been well! xx

  2. I've seen the Bart jumpers everywhere but the shirt makes me tingle. I've always layered. I'm the queen of layering. No, a compulsor to layering. Layering throughout all the seasons like a sushi roll because that's what I do. And people lookin at me and I'm like 'holla, I ain't wearin a beanie in 45* weather, I'm just wearing a button down cause I don't like my forearmz' (I've totally gone off on a tangent here) I like how you have mustard socks, they're cutie patootie. It's kinda of a play of playful pop 90s-grunge you've got going here, my almond biscotti. Have a fun day at uni tomorrow, my fruit pie :-)
